Account Manager Position:

Location:
Hybrid Work Environment. Home based, in the field and a future showroom.
Job Expectations:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and understanding client needs.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling promotional products to existing clients.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all client needs and requirements are met.
    • Collaborate with the production and design teams to facilitate the creation and delivery of customized promotional products.
    • Monitor and track orders, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
    • Work with clients to develop creative product ideas and solutions to meet their branding objectives.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends in the promotional products market.
    • Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand our customer base.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Skills Needed:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a New Business Development/Hunter/Prospecting Role
  • Ability to effectively communicate, especially on the phone, and build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and jr. manager level
  • Ability to convert prospects into clients and grow sales
  • Strategic and big picture thinking with an ability to attack problems creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tech savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player mentality with a growth-oriented mindset and openness to feedback

Business Development Position:

The Position:

The Business Development position is responsible for generating new leads, on-boarding new clients, managing existing client relationships, and working as a team with Account Managers to strategically grow existing business.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional who enjoys prospecting and winning new clients. This is a professional B2B sales position that requires mostly phone and some face-to-face prospecting and sales skills. Ideal candidates must possess high levels of personal motivation to meet goals and professionalism that supports the company’s core values of excellence.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure needs are met and new sales opportunities are identified
  • Understand overall company vision and be able to emulate and clearly communicate in conversations with prospects and clients
  • Educate themselves on industry trends and relevant client information
